This is for the information of all concerned that the arrangements for vaccination (1^st or 2^nd dose) arranged by the college authorities under the initiative of Higher Education Department, Govt. of West Bengal is complete.

The above programme of vaccination will take place at the Urban Primary Health Centre (UPHC) of Ward No. 74 of Kolkata Municipal Corporation (KMC) Chetla unit, situated next to our college premises.

The programme will take place on 8^th October (Friday) from 11AM onwards.

The students of Semester 1, 3 and 5, who have earlier expressed their desire to avail the facility of the above vaccination by exercising their option in the notification circulated by college and further confirmed their participation in the subsequent telephonic survey conducted by college authorities, are advised to report to college premises at 11AM sharp on the aforesaid date.

The students must carry with them 2 (two) photostat copies of Aadhar Card, the certificate of 1^st dose (for candidates seeking 2^nd dose of vaccine), Cowin Registration Reference Id Number and the mobile handset containing the specific SIM card through which Cowin has been registered.
